A Round up to a Fabulous Year!

This last few weeks, Ian has been king of Self-Builds and has helped clients to achieve their dream homes with complex cases. Purchases, Remortgages and Buy-to-Lets have come in abundance along with protecting clients with Life and Critical Illness policies.

Steve has been working on very complex cases, and continues to help customers with Commercial Finance, Bridging loans, along with some Residential business as his Commercial portfolio continues to grow into 2020.

Joanne has had lots of cases to get to grips with, with fantastic life-changing outcomes. First time purchases continue to be her speciality. All of this whilst providing support to Steve and his commercial clients.  

In March we welcomed Faye to our team, and it has flown by! Faye has got to grips with the work load that Ian’s very busy day has thrown at her, and is excited to be getting into her CeMap studies in 2020 whilst continuing to support Ian and his clients and making a fab brew.

We have visited difference places with our families and have enjoyed the Summer months far more than the wet colder months. We have seen our children start a new school years. We had a lovely Easter, fabulous Halloween, Bonfire night and are now very excited for Christmas and are getting our Santa visits in.

We have baked Brownies, Christmas cake, have been dog walking, bike riding and running around our beautiful countryside. We have enjoyed eating cake whilst having a health kick and have stuck to our sweet ban! We chose The Rucksack Project for this year’s chosen charity and are getting our ideas in for next year’s along with a fundraiser (watch this space).

We are looking forward to our Christmas bash this week and would like to take the opportunity to wish our clients and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New year.
