What a busy month Ian has had! Two self builds to support our clients with who have bought their own pieces of land and intend building their own houses, also another renovation development – a client has bought a pub and is converting it to their main residential property which we are arranging finance for.
He has also been arranging a re-mortgage for a client who owns a property with her three siblings who needs to release equity to pay off each one and have property in her sole name.
He has also arranged some life insurance for a married couple with four children to provide financial security for their mortgage and dependent children.
Steve has been busy too! Unsecured business loans appear to be a hot topic this month with three deals arranged for commercial clients that need funds to support their business cashflow.
Also, an update on the property development funding using specialist non-standard materials the we touched on earlier this year – some real progress is being made here with a number of lenders now willing to fund developments using these materials, which is great news.
Jo is as busy as ever, keeping on top of our admin and she continues to work with several first-time buyers. This month she has helped a non-UK resident obtain a mortgage as well as helping a first-time buyer obtain a 100% mortgage facility.
Faye, after just one month, in is settling in nicely and has really upped the game at coffee break by introducing real ground coffee using a cafetière! #definitelyspoilingus
